The grapes are harvested in a state of advanced ripeness, are delicately pressed and destalked. When vinification is completed the wine ages for 14 months in 350- litre tonneaux of French oak, followed by a further period of finishing in the bottle.

Dark ruby red. Intense, rich and fragrant aroma of cherries, wild strawberries and raspberries. Clean, fruity, lightly sweet with spicy notes and a long finish.
