This wine is 100% Falanghina grapes harvested when perfectly ripe and gently pressed, it ferments for 2 to 3 months on lees and left to age in the bottle.

Tasting Notes
This is an aromatic wine with overtones of citrus fruits, white flowers and hints of peach and apricot. It is fresh, well balanced and delicate on the palate.
