This white wine is a 100% Fiano grapes harvested when perfectly ripe and gently pressed, it ferments for 2 to three months on lees and left to age in the bottle. This Fiano variety has been cultivated since the 13th century and is commonly referred to as "the gold of Salento", thanks to the wine's intense straw yellow colour.
